This was comet “p73” I captured several years ago. You can see it cruise by the “ring nebula”, a planetary nebula with a ring-like structure on the right of the screen. This was back in 2005.
The astronomy community now awaits the arrival of Comet Ison http://www.nbcnews.com/science/new-app-points-way-comet-ison-so-you-can-find-2D11603761.
If you have a pair of binoculars, look East at dawn around the bright star Spica (brightest star you can see). ISON should be easy to spot there.
